I took my computer in for virus clean up. Once we got the computer back it was doing stuff it wasn't originally doing like shutting down in the middle of using it and saying it could not install update. We took it back and after a couple of days of not hearing from them, we decided to make a trip up there to check on the laptop. They handed it back to us and said they did a diagnostic and everything checked out. Really?!!! Because when I tried to use it again it kept saying I was not connected to the internet and I truly was and then all of a sudden it said someone else was logged onto my computer when I tried to power down. First off, they told us in the first visit that new anti-virus software was loaded on it and in actuality it was the same anti-virus software I had previously. I thought they would have observed that program didn't work well previously and be prompted to load something else instead of the same program again." Secondly, when we brought it back the second time you can not tell me all the issues we reported amounted to nothing. Needless to say I am afraid to use my computer because I feel it has been compromised and will either have to teach myself how to clean it up (because I don't want anyone else to take my money) or buy another laptop in the meantime to be able to get work done!
