Review content:
My wedding is comming up soon and my sister is a wonderful invitation designer but getting the paper was very difficult so she found Touch of Whimsy in Delafield. One Saturday we loaded up my mom's truck and went on our hour drive to Delafield. Upon arrival we were greated by a sales individual who was very rude. She didn't ask us the reason for being there, she heard wedding invitation and immedialy asked if we had an appointment, when we said no, she became even more unpleasant than before, I wanted to turn and walk out the store at that moment but knowing they were my only option for paper I had to put up with her. She showed us a paper wheel and my sister and I found a color that we both liked, well she saw it and said, " Oh...you like THAT color? If I got an invitation in the mail with that color I would think it looked like mud!" I just looked at her like WTF you sell paper here? Then she drilled me about how many do you need ordered and because I couldn't think of an exact number on the spot she became irrate and told us that "we can NOT order until we know the EXACT amount. After that we asked to speak to another Cleark, and she was very helpful and nice, complimented my sister;s design. We ended up ordering by phone after searching again to find another paper supplier. When I unfortunately had to go back to get the paper, I took my sister along, (who was pregnate at the time and VERY emotional, just incase backup was needed) and we were able to pick up the paper without the original you know who there. I would NOT reccomend this company to anyone, and have shared my experience with as many other brides to be as I can. I hope everyone who reads this will think again before going to the store for invitations or paper. I sincerely hope that I do NOT have to go back there ever again, especially if SHE is there!!!!
