I called about an Anamorphic lens cleaning one day, I figured I'd treat myself and get it cleaned. Of course, they wouldn't give me a quote over the phone, so I had to come in to have them tell me it would cost 75$. I should have turned around and walked out the door (I had paid $25 before at a much smaller shop in Anchorage, Alaska.) Instead I left a $50 deposit. They called me a few hours later asking me to pick it up because they couldn't repair it. I went and picked it up gave it the look over, and noticed something. I was in a hurry so I simply just left, but when I arrived home looked at it closer and noticed scratches on the internal components. After a few phone calls and two visits to the place, they refused that they had done anything wrong. They did not say that they scratches were or weren't their before I brought it in, but they were not willing to replace the lens (~$750 value.)
