I had a long term pain in my knee and saw Dr Duffy with Heekin. It was an extremely short and impersonal visit and I was sent for an MRI. He didn't even see me to go over the results, but had his PA see me. She said my MRI was "normal" and I just had arthritis and needed to build up my muscles... WRONG!! I went to PT and the pain was soo bad. Finally, a friend ended up refering me to JOI- JACKSONVILLE ORTHOPAEDIC INST. with Dr Lancanster. Thank God. Lancaster knew what was wrong right away. I had 2 tears, a divot and a flap in my cartilage. I didn't even have any arthritis. Now I am finally better. No thanks to Heekin. You will feel like cattle being herded there. They are overbooked and the Dr really didn't care.
