Review content:
From our very first conversation, Pat Mazza was unpleasant, caustic and deeply unprofessional. For example, when I asked her questions about the apartment I was interested in, she often cut me off mid-sentence and gave me abrupt answers. Her tone was that of a bully: she demanded to know my income and scoffed at it, despite the fact that this apartment was in my budget (and my budget had been confirmed as affordable by two other local real estate agents). Each time I spoke with her, Pat's tone made it clear that she had better things to do with her time and her habit of cutting me off and talking down to me gave me the distinct impression that she was deliberately trying to intimidate me.
Pros: good properties
Cons: rude, manipulative, unprofessional
