Review content:
Modern atmosphere with lots of steel and neon lights. Thumping techno music. Not your traditional Asian themed Sushi joint. There is hibachi grill table seating, seating around a long sushi bar where you can watch your rolls being made, and a small bar where you can get drinks and dine. The sushi here is great and the servers are attentive and engaging. The sushi chefs are always happy to make suggestions and there is a special menu of what the freshest seafood that day is. The roll list is lots of fun, with names like Big Mouth, Playboy Roll, Whitecastle Roll, and of course because you are in Louisville, the Derby Roll.
Pros: fresh sushi, in the heart of the Highlands neighborhood
Cons: there is a parking lot behind the building but it can get full on a weekend night
