In May 2007 I brought my 318i to Reitmeirs because both rear windows had stopped working (one was up, one was down). Eric said that the problem would likely be fixed by a new relay module. Eric said that the part would arrive on May 10. I called on May 10 and Eric said BMW had sent the wrong part but that they could fix it by the next day. After several attempts to get through on May 11, I was told at 3pm to call back at 4pm. At 4pm after several attempts, I was put on hold for 10 minutes by Jeff at which point I hung up and drove over.
