Russell Tree Experts provides excellent customer service from start to finish. They provide free estimates (within a 15 mile radius). I was able to meet with a certified Arborist to discuss my concerns. Joe Russell was prompt for his appointment, provided me with a plethera of information regarding my trees and shrubs as well as several options for care. He emailed me a detailed estimate within 24 hours that itemized each service that he recommended. Job completion was just as positive! The crew was extremely professional and efficient. Thank you Russell - 5 stars to you!
