Review content:
Staff is rude, grounds are not maintained, they lie, they are out to get your money! Our cars have been towed when we have been told its ok to park where we were (overflow parking is not marked). We have gotten eviction notices when they screwed up money that they were paid on time (FYI very overpriced for what you pay for). You can hear your neighbors thru the walls and above you. Most neighbors are pleasant and always have a horror story to share about why they hate living at White Oak. Watch out military families, they will charge you extra if you get deployed! Make sure you give notice on time, one day late they will charge a whole months rent. Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in.
