I first hired one of those carpet dry cleaning companies to come out and clean 7 rooms in my home. I heard a lot of good things about instantly dry carpets and how much better it is than steam cleaning. WRONG. First of all I was quoted 150.00 on the phone. When they got there everything was extra, stain treatments, Deodorizer, Protector, Stairs were charged per step, walk in closets were extra, they had a fuel surcharge, plus tax. They already started the service when they brought me the quote it was 450.00. It was too late to cancel the service at this point. They make you sign and pay in full before they finish. The carpets looked a lot better until the next day when all the stains and spots came back. Our baby had a chemical reaction rash all over from the supposed baby safe dry cleaning carpet process.LIE. After doing a lot of research I called Charlotte carpet cleaning services to come in and fix the situation. They cleaned all seven rooms, all the carpet spots, the carpeted staircase, they deodorized and Scotchgarded everything. The service was $233.00 for everything, half the price! The carpet came outstanding every spot and stain was gone. The next day the stains were still gone. Our baby wasn?t affected by any of their carpet cleaning products. We will be calling Charlotte carpet cleaning back in a few months to clean our furniture.
