Review content:
I tried Body by Melisa during spa week when a friend made appointments for us. I have returned several times and plan on making it a regular part of my beauty and relaxation routine. It is located on Piedmont Ave. just steps away from good coffee, food and shopping. Luckily, it is on the end by the graveyard, so I've never had any problems finding parking. I've gone several times when I was really stressed out, and they really helped me relax. Melisa and Cecilia are both very calm, understanding and focused. The rooms are beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. I actually really like the music, too, which is unusual for me. The facials are very gentle. I don't like the old fashioned facials that are focused on picking and extractions and leave you red-faced. At Body by Melisa, the facials are gentle but effective. Melisa provides excellent, individualized, caring service. She is working with me to reduce my rosacea and age lines. Recently, I starting using some of her products, and the ones that I have tried are all excellent. I highly recommend the facials and massages at Body by Melisa.
