Review content:
An exam is $36, and has been for at least 5 yrs. A recheck or vaccine appointment is $25. If your dog is 12 and has never had his teeth cleaned, he probably needs to. And $250 isn't a lot to pay for labwork, fluids, and medications, which they require because that is the standard of care for the industry. They have to get paid to maintain the equipment and staff needed. They have a higher quality of care than most clinics. If your pet is getting refill after refill of the same medications, perhaps they need to look at your pet again to see if there shouldn't be a different medical course taken.
