Review content:
The Kennel service is great and I love the people at the front desk, especially this one straight blonde hair young lady who has a medium sized body frame. She is very friendly and professional on the phone & when you go into the clinic. BUT, I have been very unhappy with the 2 major sedations we have paid for that cost us well over $600-1000 each time. Our beautiful dog has had ear problems since he was a puppy (now he is almost 11 years old). We moved from Georgetown to Round Rock. We live in Lake Forest so this animal hospital is very close & convenient for us. I like the male vet there, but the female vet never seems to do what she says she is going to do. The first time it happened I thought, "Well....it was an oversight, but how could she not think I wouldn't want the deep inside of my dog's ears cleaned & just want the outside of his ears cleaned. I could of cleaned the inside of his ears myself with the expensive ear solution I purchased. We paid to sedate him because she said he would have the inner part of his ears cleaned." When we picked him up & I got him home I noticed his ears still looked dirty inside. When I called her a few days later she said, "OH, I didn't realize you wanted us to clean the inside of his ears." Are you kidding me???? I paid to have him sedated so you could thoroughly clean his ears so his ears would have a better chance at draining better.
