My dog has brain cancer and has several months to live. We wanted her to live the rest of her life in comfort. They said she had broken teeth in the back of her jaw probably from seizures so we made an appointment to have them extracted so she won't be in pain. We dropped her off at 8AM. They called at 4PM and said they have not done the surgery yet. WHAT??? She's dying and she was locked up in a crate all day FOR HOURS and they did not call us until 4PM????? Our purpose was to make her comfortable and happy for the rest of her life. If they are too busy to do the surgery-call me and I will take her home so she can be happy with us without being locked up in a tiny crate for 8 hours! Will never go there again! They have NO sympathy for dogs dying.
