Review content:
I have been bringing my dogs to Janice and Rachel for over 20 years. When I first met them when they were on Fulton, they were the only groomers willing to take a Chow. They have been my groomers ever since. I fully trust them to take great care of my dogs and I love the fact that they rescue dogs - as a matter of fact, one of my 3 dogs now is one I rescued through them and I adore her. I would recommend them to anyone. I read the recent review about the dog's nails getting quicked and that can happen if you don't take your dog in often enough - I have been guilty of that myself. Same thing with mats in the hair, a groomer can only do so much if you only bring your dog in every few months - again, I have done it and usually we need to shave them down. But the dog is so happy afterwards! They are now working with one of my rescues who is prone to seizures - and they work through it with her, cuddling her and reassuring her. I appreciate the extra care! Pros: null Cons: null
