Review content:
I rented a car and was told I would have my money refunded when the insurance company paid them. They charged my card for 2 days rental and refused to refund that amount when they were paid by the insurance company. This charge is cleary stated on my contract. And the caharge was made at that time, not when I returned the car. Each time I asked for an itemized list to explain the charges they gave me a different reason, changing their story each time I asked how much money each explanation cost. For example: they said I did not do a walk around, after I had returned the car, remember the charge was made before I returned the vehicle. When I asked them to explain the cost, it did not come to $200.00 (Also, I'd had the car professionally detailed before returning it). They said "well, you returned the car in North Raleigh" I asked how much that costs, "nothing" I was told. This conversation went on until they hit "reason" number 7. Finally the Manager agreed to credit more than half the money back, she never did. Enterprise is impossible to reach and they just wanted to keep the twice paid sum. They are liars and crooks, watch your back, I'm told by other businesses in town hat this is standard practise. I believe it.
