I called LensCrafters today to see if they had a certain brand of contact lenses I wear in stock. An African American women picked up the phone and seemed to be very helpful and nice. I asked her do they have any because one of mine ripped and I needed a pair desperately. So I asked her did she need to go check and see if they have the brand i needed which is Biofinity. She said yes we do(without even checking).She said well its 30.00 for them ,I said for one pair! Which is very ubsurd to me. So then I said well I can go to cool springs and get them there only ten for a pair. Then we ended the call. It turns out the cool springs store will only let you buy one trial and after that you have to pay for the box. This is what I was trying not to do my eye dr had me try this brand since my freshlooks weren't in stock and he said I can switch back if I don't like them. Well just my luck he wasn't in the office today and won't be until Monday so he is the only one who can change this for me. So that's why I only wanted one pair! Anywho I just bit the bullet and went on up to mt Juliet's store which the drive was 21 miles! So I go into the store a nice young lady at the front desk helped me and the black girl who I spoke to one the phone said oh yeah I spoke to you and said I told her its 30.00. So then while filling out paper work the black girl and the other nice girl came back and said we don't have your per scripting in stock! I Just was in shock and the black girl looked like oh my and I told he we have her prescription even after I gave her the number and brand for my eyes... She then blurted out well since you said you were going to cool springs I didn't say anything! What! Are you serious? She is a liar and I was so furious. I thought in my head no I told you after you told me you had them and the PRICE that's why I decided to go there! If that were so true when she said I spoke to you on the phone and heard that I still needed help why didn't she say this UNTIlL AFTER she came from the back realizing that they don't have a trial pair.. I didn't even say anything about her lying to me on the phone saying they had them without checking! I asked her did she need to check and she knows this. I got up and left I was so mad. She doesn't care about her job and how far people have to drive sometimes to get things done. It's ok I wil
