I would like to strongly recommend this particular Pearle Vision store. The folks working at this store are truly friendly and they do indeed put customer service and "being nice" above making revenues. I had bought my glasses from a different store before I moved to Newton, MA. The other day, one of the temple arms of my glasses broke. I just stopped at this Pearle Vision store on my way back from home. They were most friendly and warm. They even replaced the broken arm with a new one and they did not charge me anything. Upon my insistance that they do charge me, they still refused to take any money. Both the persons working at the store just smiled and told me to come back to them when I need a new pari of glasses. I thanked them heartily. I have to say that such warmth and friendliness is simply unheard of nowadays. I will certainly go back to them once it is time for me to get a new pair of glasses.
