HHGregg uses this company for contract repairs. Sent my Samsung home theater system there when it loss its signal with the rear wireless receiver. Sent it off and they had it for 3 months waiting for parts. Got it back saying it was repaired. Well not only did they not fix it they broke something else. Not only did the rear speakers did not work, when the tech wired the board back the speakers did not play on the right signals. ie the right front speaker plays on the left rear signal. Sent it back again, for another 3 months. Got it back today and still not connecting to the rear speakers, the speakers still dont play on the correct signal. Apparently they dont care or their techs cant read their service tickets listing customer complaints. I have had it. Dont send anything to plaza. Your better off just buying a new system.
