Norm is the owner of this shop. This shop reflects Norm's commitment to excellent,, prompt, customer oriented service. I brought my wife's car here the first time when I needed some special work done that another shop would only attempt at a rediculously hight price. Norm did this very difficult repair right the first time and at a relatively reasonable price. At that time i also owned a couple BMWs and would only take them to a "BMW repairman." Norm did such good work with this difficult and unusual repair that I started taking all my cars to his shop, including my BMWs. This was nearly ten years ago and now I would not think of going anywhere else for my car repairs.
Pros: Competant work for a reasonable price.
Cons: A small shop and sometimes so busy it may take some time.
