I came to this vet accidentally one day while trying to find another one where I had made an appt. I was amazed at how wonderful and friendly the staff was in directing me to the other vet, and after waiting in the other place's waiting room for about 2 minutes I cancelled my appt. and headed back to Ingram Park. They made time for me that day with Dr. Craig who now regularly sees my puppy and two cats. Every person who works at the place is awesome and you can tell they all really love animals. I have sent many friends to them over the last few years, and everyone has a great experience. I HIGHLY reccommend this vet to anyone looking for a caring vet and caring staff. We have also had great experiences boarding our animals there as well. Lastly, they are very upfront about prices, options, and never try to "push" one treatment or another or when something is not neccesarry just to make a few bucks. I could not imagine anyone better!
Pros: Everyone loves animals and it shows, good value and great service
Cons: I can't think of anything other than they are a little far away from me, but it is worth the drive!
