Review content:
i love cypress creek as both a vet and a boarding place. they are animal oriented, and i never get the impression that my dog has been mistreated or ignored in any way when she stays with them. the staff can be a little thick sometimes, taking a while to get to you, or not fully paying attention when you are trying to talk to them, but they are always friendly (most of them anyway) and i feel like their priority is my animal and not my sensibilities, which is just fine with me. my dog is almost three, and has been with them from the start. she never has a problem going with the techs there, and seems happy when we get her back. all in all, staff quirks aside, i love this place, and would reccommend it to anyone.
Pros: animal oriented, friendly, clean
Cons: little pricey, staff kinda has a tendancy to ignore ppl
