Long story short, my endcaps had to be ordered because they were not in stock. They arrived over a week late causing my floor to be left unfinished. When I called to check on the order I also ordered an additional strip at which time I was told I would have to pay over $10 freight in order to get it by that Friday as it had to come from another store. Again it did not arrive. I call the store on Monday to question the late shipment again and a credit to my account for the freight as it did not even arrive, delaying the finish of my floor even further. I never had received any apologies and was told no to the credit. I will not likely return to this store and would not recommend anyone else to go there unless everything is in stock. If you do plan on making an order look at scheduling your floor to be done at least a couple weeks out from the time they say an order will be coming in. After some searching online, I see many of their other locations with bad reviews...
