Richard Poland is a knowledgeable and competent attorney. Just check his bar record ( I did!) 35 years without a complaint. Additionally, his many years of practice have rendered him not only knowledgeable of the law itself, but of local courts, including the DA?s and judges that work in them. He has a real feel for reading a situation and advising his clients appropriately for their unique circumstances. In our experience he is by far the most attentive trial lawyer we?ve encountered and he does truly have a heart. Rich has always been there throughout our family?s a lengthy court trials. He communicates clearly, is readily available and has a great bilingual support staff. I wish we?d never been in a situation where we had to get to know him, but since we did, I am grateful for all he?s done for our family. We highly recommend him should you find yourself in need of quality legal representation.
