Warning-Warning-Warning!! Horrible Credit Union. The one in Carson City is really-really horrible. Todd has horrible manners and Scott is a whiner. Terrible customer relations and extremely poor professionalism. Todd yelled at me for not paying on my loan there - then noticed that GNCU had been puting the monies in the savings and not applying to the loan - instead he reacted with rudeness and hatefullness - blaming me for the CU's -not doing their job! do not go to this CU if you are smart.
