AK Lawn was consulted for plowing on January 8 around NOON, "when it stops snowing we'll be out." They showed up at 1:21 A.M. and shoveled NO PLOW, and charged me $30. I contacted Daniel the following day, January 9, and told him it looks to me like shoveling and not plowing. Daniel says, "You can't tell the difference between shoveling and plowing." REALLY?? I may be female, but I?m no idiot. Blah, Blah, Blah, DANIEL!!! I told him I needed them to come out and PLOW, which is what I solicited/paid for. I could have gotten the neighborhood kids to shovel for $10! "No you couldn't"...??? Who is this jerk??? I specifically relayed to him that I stopped shoveling some time ago and wanted a plow (clean slate) to go forward on. Alaska Lawn never showed up and when I called on January 25 to follow up with Daniel, he gave all kinds of excuses, "after another foot of snow you want me to come do it for free?" YOU DIDIN'T DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!! "Shoveling is better anyway" which may very well be, BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT I REQUESTED OR PAID FOR. "I?ll send you a refund"?STILL WAITING!!!! Which in itself boggles the mind?you would rather have me out there bad mouthing you and now posting a review, rather than come out to please a customer. Interesting LAME!!! Good Luck with your company?NOT!!!!!!!!
