Review content:
If you can avoid going to the Saco Rite Aid, please do so by all means. Their customer service is appalling (both at the pharmacy and at the front of the store), and is so on a consistent basis. The staff here proves that they do not take their jobs seriously by any means, and they treat customers as though they are an inconvenience. Every other Rite Aid that I have been to has been full of kind and helpful employees, but for some reason this particular store is majorly lacking in decency and competency as a whole. This is the only store about which I have had to call the corporate number to complain.. twice.. and in one week. Take the extra time to drive to the Scarborough location. If I could give this a rating of no stars, it would be more fitting.
