out of all the different services and companies i've worked with over the years my experiance with the blind factory was one of the most pleasant the staff i worked with were both professional and curteous they took the time to work with me and make sure i found what i needed and recieved my products promptly they also took care of having them expertly installed by there own factory trained installer who was on time very proffessional and answered all my questions about operation and care i would highly recomend that if you need any kind of window product in the cincinnati area go to the blind factory
