Review content:
We booked our hotel through a popular webstie. When we arrived we were not given the room we requested which was a corner king room. Instead we were given a middle room with two beds. When we called to complain, they did agree to move us to our requested room (ten minutes later). Our reservation included free wireless and breakfast, however, when we called the front desk, they said they had no idea of such deals. We paid over $300 for the room and were not given what was promised! We were extremely disappointed to say the least. In the morning, we ordered breakfast and the granola with "fresh fruit" meant granola with strawberry yogurt. When we called to get the FRESH fruit we got a knock on the door by a very nice man with ANOTHER strawberry yogurt. When we told him that the menu said fresh fruit, he apologized and said they didn't have any. So, instead of telling us that over the phone when we ordered, they tried to pass off their yogurt as fresh fruit! I'm sorry but if we are paying over $300 a night, we should get what we ask for or the very least apologize and tell us the truth! We felt ripped off and cheated by staying here.
