Beware of this company! From day one they were horrible at communicating. I stuck it out because they really seemed honest and knowledgeable. I just figured they were busy because they were good! But the reliable part fell short also. They didn't show up when the were supposed to, and they showed up when they weren't supposed to. But the price was right so I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. Well as you can see from my pictures, you get what you pay for. The patio was poured with incorrect slopes (towards the house) and it flooded when it rained two days later. It was also poured too high. Water was actually pooling on the threshold of the back door. Additionally the edge of the slab was crooked. It wasn't even close to a straight line. It actually was more like a "v"coming inwards and then going outwards. They told me they were hoping I wouldn't notice once the fence was up. Nice, huh? They also installed a trench drain in front of my garage, and it wasn?t set right or finished either. They assured me that they would fix everything, but that didn?t happen. Days went by and they never showed back up and wouldn?t return my calls. I finally sent a letter and offered them the option of just ripping the patio out and considering the contract complete, just to get them to do something. I couldn?t pay another contractor to tear out and re-pour after giving them half already. They did finally come and tear it out after a few weeks, but they refused to make good and re-pour it at their cost. So I asked them for some money back, but they refused that as well. Real stand up company here, ey? They left me high and dry, without enough money left to finish the job. If you are like me and try not to judge based on one bad review, keep this in mind also: Their business cards state they are BBB accredited but they are not. Also note their company name changed recently even though it's the same guy, same family. A lot of contractors do that after they file BK to avoid paying on a lawsuit. It wouldn?t surprise me if that were true here based on my experience. Do your research first! Pros: null Cons: null
