My entire family attends classes in this dojo in one form or another, whether it is martial arts training or the kick boxing/fitness program. Great atmosphere - one that is not only a place to learn how to protect yourself but is also fun at the same time. I watch the children's classes and they are all having a great time while learning vital techniques that may help them keep them safe in the future. If you live in the Concord or surrounding areas and are looking for a place to learn martial arts and have fun at the same time, check it out. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff and don't try to pressure you into anything! Give it a try!
Pros: Classes for all levels. Knowledgeable instructors
Cons: Can't think of any!
