Review content:
When we first moved to Carrington Hills everything seemed to fine, then we discovered we were living by a bunch of college students who liked to party all night long, get into fights, and throw there beer cans all over the parking lot. We switched apartments and everything seemed to finally settle down when our washer "that we were renting from them" overflowed. We had one maintenance guy who was great the others left our carpet SOAKING wet and acted like it was no big deal to them! We had to pull the carpet up ourselves and try to dry it out! Parking is ALWAYS an issue. If you like to park your car away from the complex you live in this is the place for you! You also pay to live in a gated community yet the gates are always left open. .
Cons: Parking, Reliability in management and maintenance
