The fact that I am taking the time to post this expresses my opinion of Mora Builders. If you're happy you will tell a person or two. If not you'll try to tell everyone. Homeowners Beware!!!! Don't over pay for a fancy showroom filled with family members on the payroll. On top of that Mora Builders & Remodeling Hires semi skilled trades at best but claims they are custom. The laborers do most of the work. Be very careful as to Mora's interpretation of Time & Material as he grossly pads the time and amount he claims to have paid to the Subs. I had to manage the entire project due to the workmanship when I wasn't watching. I was given an estimate that wasn't even close to the final price. I received a paid in full invoice that detailed the entire job I was told I would get a release as soon as final payment cleared. I never got a release after my $58,000.00 worth of checks cleared. He attempted to lien my property to no avail. Shame on you Patty Cakes. Not a good business practice Pat!
