Review content:
They show a lack of knowledge and ethics. Totally installed system wrong including ductwork, how they fitted the ducts up to the system, return air size etc. They claimed to have done a heat zone report but will not show it to me nor the plans. Have basically no air coming out of two bedrooms and will fix warranty work if you agree to buy more services from them. They told me one week that they would fix the ducts then the next week said they wouldn't do anything. Now they'll fix them IF I pay them to do other warranty work so they get something out of it. Even their own service technician told me whomever installed this system didn't know what they were doing. I told him that his company installed it. I would definitely stay away from this company at all cost.
