Review content:
Stopped in to buy bags for my Kirby. Called first to make sure they had them. The lady told me to look at my bag and see if the writing was green or black. Mine was black. Bought the Black. Took it home (25 min Drive). Opened the bag and it was not the right one. Took it back (25 min Drive). She would not return my opened item, claiming it is a State Law, so I had to buy the correct bag. OK - I'm into this for $55 now. My fault for not knowing what bag to buy, but when the OWNER of the VACUUM STORE tells me what to look for, I'll take their word. I ALSO WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED KNOWING THAT I COULD NOT RETURN OPEN ITEMS. Upon asking several friends that have shopped here, I found out that two other people had experienced the SAME THING. Is this some sort of SCAM???
