I've been to both locations--281 & the Medical Center--and can honestly say that both are to die for. the naan is amazing, the potato-veggie dumpling/fritter thing is addictive, and the chicken tikka is incredible. One of their veggie dishes is so hot (spicy) that I couldn't finish it (and I can usually take the heat), but everything else was cleaned dry off my plate. The buffet is well worth the trip/money. Lunch time is usually pretty open, but weekend nights are very crowded so go early.
Pros: food is incredible, great value, buffet is convenient
Cons: not much moving/leg room--particularly for a get up/sit down atmosphere like a buffet
