Review content:
when I first went to PEC, I was in tons of pain in one eye and was in the next morning as an emergency. Fortunately, they diagnosed and took care of me as I could have lost that eye if I waited too long. They were wonderful. Then came the eye exam for my contacts and glasses. That's when you wait. Takes at least a month to get in, and then prepare to wait at least 20 minutes to be seen. After all that, you wait again for an eye glass person to sell you some frames. I know it would be better and probably cheaper to go somewhere else for frames, but my husband and I prefer the one-stop-shop, so we wait. And wait. And then wait 2+ weeks for your glasses to be ready. They have superior eye care, good personnel, and great product. They also really work with you to help get insurance to pay. You need to decide if it's worth the wait. Pros: great care, nice frames Cons: wait and wait and wait
