My roof was leaking into my living room and after checking out their complain standings, (since this was my first major repair since buying my house) I called Alliance Roofing, who had a great report & another company called Brinkman for estimates. Brinkman?s rep came out first and insisted that I needed a entire new roof, that my problem could not be repaired. The Rep was so condescending that I was sure that if I needed a new roof I wouldn?t be using that company to do the work. But the next day, the Alliance Roofing Rep came out and after inspecting my roof told me that the flashing on my chimney was bad which allowed the water to ruin the plywood,, thus making its way into my house. It was an easy fix. The customer service was outstanding and I appreciate the integrity of the work performed. My roof doesn?t leak anymore and I now know who I will use when its time for a full replacement. I highly recommend this company based on my experience.
Pros: I was treated with respect, fairly, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of
Cons: I had to wait until the rain stopped to get my roof fixed, but that was just common sense
