Review content:
How has this merchant stayed in business so long?? I went to this nursery for the first time last week seeking advice on which trees to plant to accomplish my landscaping privacy goals. It was very difficult to find someone to help and finally I asked the woman behind the counter for some assistance. Beyond acting annoyed that I had bothered her she then leaned on the far end of the counter and "hollered" (for a lack of a better term) at me rather than coming around to discuss my needs. When she realized that I wasn't going to go away she begrudgingly came outside to help. I went back this week to actually buy at least $1000 worth of trees, plants and planters and after about 20 minutes of trying to find someone to help I was asked if I needed any help by a gentleman. I had some follow up questions on some of the suggestions the first woman had made and he must have rolled his eyes at me as if I were stupid on five occasions and completely contradicted some of what the woman had told me the week before. Then he actually told me that he had no plant suggestions for a privacy hedge or trees that would grow quickly. Can this be such an unusual request?? So I then went inside with the man to pick out a small container of fertilizer and when I started to walk back outside to look at more plants he yelled at me "hey, are you going to pay for that?" as if I were stealing a $10 can of merchandise. Needless to say I didn't buy anything and that will be my last visit - but thanks for wasting my time with rude behavior and misinformation. Nice work!
