I have never experienced a concept like this. It is a workout gym that is more personal, and every person that goes in there always has a personal trainer. The idea is great becuase it gets me to go to the gym and actually know what i'm doing! I meet with my trainer 2x week, and exercise at the gym the other days with a routine that my trainer gives me. The trainers have helped me improve my diet, even though that was a tough one for them! I love my ice cream :) I am toned and every day get compliments from my co-workers and friends. i am soo excited it's summer, and feel comfortable to wear a 2-piece again! I haven't worn one in years! Thanks guys for being amazing! They are like a big family, and it's fun to talk to the other clients too! You make lost of new friends!
Pros: amazing trainers, friendly staff, convenient schedule, clean
Cons: I had to buy new jeans, like every month! :p
