Review content:
This is an update to my previous review. When I first started, the place was great. The last few months of my contract were not so great. Over time, it was harder and harder to schedule my sessions due to the number of clients and the few trainers that were there. They were knowledgeable trainers, but I didn't feel like I got the value that I paid for in a 30-minute session, definitely overpriced. I also thought that the location was inconvenient, smack dab in the middle of Miramar Road, and the traffic to there or on the freeway ramp was terrible. But, if you live close enough to not have to take the freeway, and you can train in the middle of the day, then you could definitely check this place out. As for the rest of the 9-5ers that aren't in the area, I don't think you'll get your money's worth. Their equipment is fairly new, so a plus there. I also loved the TRX training, but seemed to do less of it in the last few months I was there.
Pros: small personal studio, friendly staff
Cons: wish I lived closer to it!
