We the owners of Sophie Bridal Couture are quite baffled by this review and experience with us. We regret that we could not satisfy the needs of a customer and her family during a visit to our salon. Unfortunately, we feel this is more of a personal discrimination and urge you to address your problems directly to us at Sophie Bridal Couture. That way we can resolve this issue in a professional manner, the only way we practice business. We are very proud of our background and who we are. We offer to speak many different languages in the hope of providing exceptional personal customer service and creating the most comfortable experience possible. Our custom design is optional to customers who are interested and we have a solid product that is 100% designed here, not found anywhere else online besides our website or the boutiques that carry our collections. We do not believe in getting ahead by disrespecting or discriminating against anyone, any institute or any other business. We highly respect and value everyone?s opinion and practice our business to prove only this.
