I have often been underwhelmed by service people, because I expect professionalism and truth telling as the benchmark. If that is all I got at PECO campers I would not be writing this review. Our camper was damaged in the tornado's that went through Cherokee County. I was not aware of this until 5 days before we were to leave on vacation. Aaron in service told me point blank that it would take six weeks to get the parts he needed, but that he understood the challenge and importance and asked for a day to work out an alternative. Amazingly - Aaron got our camper fixed in time. I live over an hour from PECO, but I chose to buy there. I will have service work done there and I will buy my upgrades there. Even my insurance agent took the time to call me and say how great PECO was to work with. I cannot imagine a circumstance where a level headed "real" conversation without threats and intimidation could result in anything less than stellar service here. Highly, Highly recommended.
