My whole family goes here, and would go no where else. The only eye doctor that was able to find a potentially serious eye condition in my child. Everyone is very courteous, and helpful. As for frame prices, everywhere is expensive lately. Ive done the 2 for 99, and its exactly what you get. They will match prices (did for me). They would rather see you purchase glasses or contacts from them, than have you go somewhere else. Sorry to see someone posted a review based on an out of office experiance. I wouldnt expect a doctor who see hundreds of patients to regonize me either. Specially only going once or twice a year.
