Review content:
We have traveled to Florida through Georgia for years, but we could never find an appropriate place to "overnight" until stopping at the Holiday Inn in Forsyth. The staff was friendly, the room clean and cool, and the restaurant in the hotel had better seafood than most Florida beach restaurants. My wife and I took the manager's advice and visited the Forsyth town square. It was complete with a great antique store, sidewalk vendors, and interesting architecture. We took a drive to Smarr, Georgia. Everyone ought to see Smarr once in their lives. The entering and exiting Smarr sign shares the same post. Delightful! The homes in Forsyth are beautiful, and they all seem to be surrounded with well manicured gardens. Our stay in Forsyth was absolutely great. The Holiday Inn was perfect. Don't take my word for it, but I'd go out of my way to visit Forsyth again.
Pros: Motel, people, restaurant, town, relaxing atmosphere
Cons: wasn't looking for any, will look next time
