Lengthly forms filled out for rebate promised on heat/ac whole house system costing $16,787.00 paid in full. Rebate promised was to be in 4 years for a total of $11,787.00 all done through Supreme Air Systems of Campbell, CA who will not return my calls. I found the fund administrator is not deliverable per the USPS after spending $26+ to mail my change of address. The 888# for NERF is constantly busy. I only found out they defaulted by calling the CO Attny Gen office! NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALLS from any party involved in this!!!! We were counting on this money and would NEVER have purchased this unit if it were not for the rebate!!! We were misled and LIED to- the sales rep no longer works for Supreme Air.
