Review content:
I visited this salon in June. I arrived with shoulder length blong hair. I asked for the basic color to remain the same with a few more low lights than I currently had. I asked also that my hair be trimmed to the middle of my neck. I left there with solid brown hair that was cut up to my ears. I told the stylist that I was unhappy and that I now resembled the little Dutch Boy. No apology was offered. This was a gift from my daughter and had already been paid, otherwise I would not have paid for it . Two times I emailed Stacy, the owner, who ignored both of my emails. I actually made several comments on the Facebook page for this spa, but the remarks kept disappearing. Finally Stacy contacted my daughter and gave the inpression that she was upset and promised that she would make arrangements to have my color redone by another stylist when I was back in Greenville. However when the time came that I would be back in town, Stacy would not return my calls. And by that time it was to late to challenge the credit card charges.
