I bought my hot tub from the affiliate aof this company 5 years ago. (The Spa Outlet) They were great to work with and I got a great deal. When I had a problem a year ago I thought I would save 25 bucks or so on a service call by hiring someone off Craigslist. I spent 600.00 for 350.00 of work and parts and when my tub quit heating 3 weeks later, the guy wouldn't retun my calls. When I had money again to get the job done right, I called Hot Water Doctors. It's three weeks later, they charged what they said they would, showed up on time and were friendly and helpful in making other little irritations with my tub less irritating. I'll never call anyone else. Thanks goes out to Dustin and Jeff!
