I purchased 4 brand new tires from this particular Big O because it was close to my job. At the time of purchase, the salesman informed me of the lifetime warranty, but failed to mention that if the tire is damaged while on the road it will be replaced at no extra charge.. I thought this is great!! Recently I had a flat and a Cal Trans person assisted me with removal and replacement of my spare. He mentioned that when I take the tire back to Big O, they will replace the tire at no extra charge. I take my tire there and was informed that i declined the roadside service. i informed the gentleman who sold me the tires in first place that I'm on the HWY 7 days a week., I purchase a warranty for everything i buy and especially for my car.. The customer service there has always been the pits but this is the closest tire store in the area. I will never purchase from them again and will make a point to deter any of my co-workers and friends not to purchase from them also. i informed the salesman he should practice sharing the details of the warranty instead of just stating Big O offer's roadside assistance. I have AAA PLUS for that.
