Review content:
I purchased some very expensive tires at Big O in January 09. They also sold me an alignment job that is supposed to have a second alignment job free six months later. Or so they say. What they don't tell you is if you don't get it done in 6 months, it's gone, even though you paid for it. So I call to try to set up my second alignment before a family trip. My first child was born this summer (around the time my alignment supposedly expired, I'm finding out now) and couldn't have come in at that time anyway. I spoke to the owner, Ivan, and even though he acknowledged that it costs them no more or less money to do the alignment, that I passed my warranty period and he won't honor the original agreement. He kept going back to the "fine print." I would never do business with them again (except what is free under my tire warranty) again. Wheel Works did a less expensive job (Ivan oferred me $20 off the $90 cost he's trying to screw me for again) but Wheel Works is offerring a better deal anyway. NEVER go to the Pinole Big O Tire location, unless you enjoy being ripped off. Pros: You don't have to go there Cons: They have extremely poor customer service
